Browser and IP Address Information
What is My IP Address?
This table shows your IP address, your hostname (if one can be found) and the location data associated with your IP address. If you are using a proxy
this location data can be interesting in determining the proxy's geographical location. Your
IP address' geographical data is fetched from the MaxMind database. The
hostname is determined by doing a PTR lookup using a third-party DNS server (one of the DNS resolvers listed
on the Dns Query Utility page). Tired of asking yourself "What is my IP address?" . . . just look below!

Your Browser's Headers
This table shows all of your browser's headers. If you are using a header modification application like Modify Headers for Firefox you can test it
here. One of the most interesting headers is your User-Agent browser header which can be used by web applications to determine if you're using a mobile device
or some other type of specialty device that requires special rendering. If you are trying to conceal your identify it can be a good idea to modify
your User-Agent and other headers to further mask your browser’s signature. Click here to see sample user-agent strings.
Your Browser's Capabilities
This table shows your browser’s capabilities as determined by an IIS7 server. You’ll notice that if you modify your headers, especially
your User-Agent header, you can change the way IIS7 views your browser. If you would like to, for example, emulate a search engine
spider you can modify your headers until the Is Crawler value reads true. Most sites will use these values to determine what type of
browser or device is viewing their website.

Sites in Your Browser's History
This table uses a javascript method to find popular sites in your browser's history. Javascript history scanning scripts like this are a good reason to turn your browser's history
feature off. If the only URL listed by the javascript history scanner is GetYourIp.net then that is a good sign that your've disabled your browser's history tracking ability.
